You'll need :
- Potatoes : 4
- Jeera : 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli pwd : 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala : 1/2 tsp
- Curd : 1/2 cup
- Oil : 2 tsp
- Chopped Corainder leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Peel,wash and cube the potatoes.
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add the jeera and let it splutter.
- Tip in the potatoes, red chilli pwd, chaat masala and salt. Toss well and let the potatoes roast well.
- Meanwhile, beat the curd well and keep aside.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, tip in the beaten curd, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Your Dahi Potatoes are ready to serve!!!
